Started operations at the end of May, 1999, as a result of the vision of Lorena Suarez-Balkowski, current owner and General Manager.
In the next years, the company was awarded with recognitions and qualification statements from TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) and IATA (International Air Transportation Association). The business soared into consolidation by operating through the Computer Reservation Platform (Sabre), and reached a complete range of travel services that turned Wander Travel competitive in every segment of its market niche.
